1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Any shipments outside of the United Kingdom are not available at this time.
3. Domestic Shipping Policy
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil orders for products in stock within 1 business days of the date of your order. Business days are Monday to Friday with the exclusion of holidays. Multiple purchases may be delivered in separate shipments. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3.1. Estimated despatch time for products in stock
- The majority of our listings are pre made products that we have in stock.
- We aim to despatch pre made items within 1 working day.
- We also aim to despatch our customised greetings cards within 1 working day.
3.2. Estimated despatch time for custom orders
- Custom orders are not part of our regular stock and will therefore take longer to despatch.
- Upon request of a custom order, you will be sent a custom listing link via email.
- The custom listing will include a price, despatch and delivery timescale.
- Custom orders are subject to varying despatch times.
3.3. Estimated shipping time & rates
- Shipping time is in addition to the despatch time.
- Please note that we do not ship at weekends or on bank holidays.
- If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email with the option of a refund.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
4. Delayed, Lost Or Damaged Packages
Unfortunately, parcels are sometimes delayed, lost or damaged in the post. While this can be frustrating it is a matter beyond our control. We will however do our utmost to rectify the situation.
4.1. Delayed and lost packages
- Our parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard or Royal Mail Tracked 24 as an upgrade at checkout.
- On despatch we will send you an email complete with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this on the Royal Mail website to track the progress of your delivery.
- If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us immediately at shipping@studiosumner.com.
4.2. Damaged packages
- If there is damage to the packaging on delivery, fill out the returns form.
- Select “the item and box or envelope it came in are both damaged” from the drop down menu.
- Do not throw away any of the packaging. To be eligible for compensation you will need to return to us the damaged item complete with the postal packaging and presentation packaging.
- We will email you a shipping label to return your parcel free of charge.
- Once we have received your damaged item, we will issue your choice of either a refund or a duplicate product if available.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Studio Sumner is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
